Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens to the session/lesson if it rains?

  • In the event we need to cancel the session you’ll be notified by email. We may, however, have to make the call closer to the time of the session. A credit will then be given towards another class on a different day for juniors. An extra session will be added at the end of the corse for Adults.

  • If we manage to play more than half of the session, then no credit will be given.

Are Toilets located at all CourtFit Venues?

  • Toilets can be found at all CourtFit venues apart from Eel Brook Common!

  • We ask for all young children’s sessions ( tots/mini red in particular) that the child has been to the toilet before the lesson starts.

  • Regarding Tennis camps and Multisport's where the child is with us for a longer period of time, we organise regular toilet breaks to a local cafe.

How much notice do i need to give to rearrange a private lesson?

  • We ask for at least 24 hrs notice for any changes to private lessons. If it’s shorter notice and we cant fill the hour then the full price will still be charged.

Can i Get a credit if I miss a session when i’m on holiday?

  • When booking onto a course of lessons (Group) then credits can only be issued due to rain cancellations or injury’s.
